Feeling our emotions..yes..great – it is so important.

And let’s be aware to feel them really, openly, welcomingly…

Are we pushing ourselves to feel and have deep emotional processes just because along the journey of sensitivity and healing we learned that feeling emotions is useful?

I have found that I created a concept that “sitting with my emotions will give relieve”.
It is interesting to see how this construct then gets in the way of actually feeling and being with what is.

Sometimes the stuckness wants to be felt.
Not moved through.

Some parts of the psycho-emotional-somatic-soul experience are so tender, they don’t need pushing or frantic feeling and processing.

They need the deepest level of compassionate presence that one can muster …
and from there, magic can take place ✨️
